I can't pay my bill on time, what can I do?Updated a year ago

We understand that sometimes you're not able to get your bill paid by the due date. We're human too! We allow customers 3 due date extensions in a 52 week period. If you pop us a message we can extend the date for you. You will not incur any late payment fees or suspension of services.


Under section 13.1 of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to charge a late fee. The current prescribed late fee is $15 and $5 per week for every week subsequently it is overdue. This represents the loss Mythical Fibre Limited incurs when you do not pay your invoice on time.
