Simply turn them off for about 2 minutes, and then turn them back on again. It might just do the trick! If you&apos;ve done that, and no luck, read on! If your other device is able to browse the internet, there may be an issue with your device. Try disconnecting it from WiFi and selecting &quot;Forget This Network&quot; (NB: You will need to reenter your password after doing this, so make sure you have it handy!) Check your ONTYour ONT has 4 ethernet ports, labeled LAN1-4 (Or GE1-4). Unless advised otherwise, your services will be active on LAN1. Also check the lights on your ONT. If the LOS or Optical Light is Red, contact Mythical support.Your router should be connected via the supplied ethernet cable to LAN1.

This will help maximize Wi-Fi coverage throughout your home.Check your ethernet cables: verify that the Ethernet cable connecting your fiber optic box (ONT) to the router is Cat 5e or higher. Ethernet cables with a category lower than Cat 5e can limit the maximum speed to 100 Mbps or less. You can typically find the category printed on the cable itself.Wired Connections for Stability: For a faster and more stable connection, consider connecting devices such as televisions and desktop computers directly to the router using an Ethernet cable. Remember to check if the cable is Cat 5e or better.Extending Wi-Fi Coverage with Mesh Networks: To enhance your Wi-Fi coverage and address areas with weak signals, consider utilising a mesh Wi-Fi network.
